Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lynx Transfers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom DTF transfers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited, but we offer a fair 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unapplied, and in original condition (no heat-pressing, damage, or alterations by the customer).
  • Custom products: Returns are accepted only for unused items or manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, design changes, or issues after application.
  • Defective or damaged items: Fully eligible for resolution (see below).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@lynxtransfers.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos/videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  3. If approved, you'll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees or restocking charges, if applicable).

Defective or Damaged Orders

We're here to make it right if something arrives wrong.

  • Report any damage or defects within 14 days of receipt.
  • Provide clear photo or video proof.
  • Do not discard the item until your claim is reviewed.

At our discretion, we'll resolve the issue by:

  • Issuing a full refund, or
  • Reprinting and reshipping the design at no extra cost.

Application Disclaimer

Lynx Transfers is not responsible for issues that occur after application, including:

  • Incorrect heat press settings (time, temperature, or pressure)
  • Improper application technique
  • Garment fabric type, quality, or compatibility
  • Any post-application damage or peeling

Responsibility shifts to the customer once the transfer is applied.
